Fastener - type steel - tube scaffolding refers to the scaffolding and support frames that are erected for construction and bear loads, which are composed of fasteners and steel tubes, etc., and are collectively known as scaffolding. A fastener is a fastening connection part tightened by bolts.
Fasteners are the connection parts between steel tubes. There are three types: right - angle fasteners, swivel fasteners, and butt - joint fasteners. 1. Right - angle fasteners: Used for connecting two perpendicularly intersecting steel tubes. It transfers loads relying on the friction between the fastener and the steel tubes. 2. Swivel fasteners: Used for connecting two steel tubes intersecting at any angle. 3. Butt - joint fasteners: Used for connecting two steel tubes end - to - end for lengthening. Steel tubes are an important part of fastener - type steel - tube scaffolding. The weight per meter is 3.97 kg, and the thickness is 3.6 mm. They are used in combination with fasteners and are also known as scaffold tubes. Base plates and sole plates: Cushion seats placed at the bottom of vertical poles. Note the difference between base plates and sole plates. Base plates are generally welded from steel plates and steel tubes. Base plates are usually placed on top of sole plates, while sole plates can be either wooden boards or steel plates.
Features
Parameter
Generally, there are two types. One has an outer diameter of 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm; the other has an outer diameter of 51mm and a wall thickness of 3mm. According to their different positions and functions, they can be divided into vertical poles, horizontal bars, bottom bars, cross braces, etc.
According to "Technical Code for Safety of Steel Tubular Scaffold with Couplers in Construction" JGJ 130 - 2011: 1. The scaffold steel tubes should be the Q235 common steel tubes specified in the current national standard "Longitudinal Submerged - arc - welded Steel Pipes" GB/T13793 or "Welded Steel Pipes for Low - pressure Fluid Conveyance" GB/T3091. The steel quality of the tubes should conform to the regulations of Q235 - grade steel in the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steels" GB/T700. 2. The scaffold steel tubes should preferably be Φ48.3×3.6 steel tubes. The maximum mass of each steel tube should not be greater than 25.8kg.
